Ski Goggle Covers: Always Protect Your Lenses
Do you want to protect your ski goggle lenses against scratches? To avoid scratching up your goggles during transportation, we recommend using ski goggle covers. They keep your goggles nice and clear without dust or other particles collecting on them.
Goggle covers serve a purpose beyond safely storing your precious eyewear. In fact, we recommend that you bring them along when you ski. Keep reading to find out why!
How to Keep My Ski Goggle Lenses in Top Shape?
To protect your ski goggle lenses from scratches, never store them in your bag without a protective shield. Avoid wiping off snow or moisture with your gloves or a sleeve, as this can cause scratches.
You can use the inside of your ski goggle cover as an emergency wipe to get rid of unwanted snow or moisture on your lenses. We recommend removing the moisture in a dabbing motion rather than by wiping the lens because if there are any ice crystals present on the lens, they will scratch it.
Always place your ski goggles with the foam-padded frames facing downward, and remember to let them air dry when you get back from a day on the slopes.
